The CAA Account Manager Academy is a year-long development program designed to enhance both the technical and interpersonal skills of insurance account managers through monthly CE-accredited sessions, hands-on workshops, and practical assignments. The curriculum covers collaborative communication, time management, E&O best practices, AMS system optimization, AI tools, underwriting and carrier relationships, branding, client experience, account rounding, cross-selling, retention strategies, and emotional intelligence, with two in-person workshops for deeper skill-building. By progressing through topics such as book management, documentation, customer interactions, and growth mindset, participants finish the program equipped to deliver stronger service, support agency profitability, and elevate the overall client experience.
