AOR Process & Considerations
• We accept most AMS generated AOR Forms.
• We offer the incumbent agency 10 days countermand from the time it’s received, no exceptions.
• Once approved, the new Agency of Record can begin servicing the Account through our portal or customer service email or phone requests; however, commission is not paid until the first renewal with the new agency.
• The previous agency’s name will continue to remain on policy correspondence until the first renewal with the new agency.
